The Hornets season ended with a thud last night in New Orleans. The Spurs outrebounded the Hornets 51-42 and it was a big reason for the loss. David West led the way for the Hornets with 20 points and 9 rebounds. Chris Paul stuffed the stat sheet with 18 points, 8 rebounds, 14 assists and 5 steals. Jannero Pargo was solid off the bench for the Hornets with 18 points, 4 rebounds and 2 steals in 26 minutes. Tyson Chandler was effective in the paint with 13 points and 15 rebounds. The Hornets finish up losing this series 4-3 but it doesn’t dim the fact that the Hornets had an awesome season.
