David West also had a solid game with 23 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 blocked shots. Peja Stojakovic pitched in with 14 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists. Tyson Chandler was tough around the basket with 10 points and 15 rebounds. The Hornets are now up 1-0 in this series.
