Rookie Julian Wright also had a great game as he finished with 20 points, 8 rebounds and 2 steals. Tyson Chandler was tough around the basket as he finished with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Chris Paul ran the offense efficiently as he finished with 23 points, 2 rebounds, 18 assists and 2 steals. Jannero Pargo pitched in with 22 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists off the bench. Chris “The Bird Man” Andersen has been re-instated by the NBA after a 2-year suspension for substance abuse. He will help them off the bench with his defense and energy. Julian Wright has a bright future for the Hornets but he’s going to have to wait a while to prove it as the Hornets are having an outstanding season. Wright has played in 34 games (1 start) this season for the Hornets and he is averaging 7.8 minutes, 2.1 points, 1.5 rebounds and 0.4 assists per game. Wright is shooting 52.4% from the floor this season but he’s been awful from the free throw line hitting only 43.8% from the charity stripe.
