The Hornets just didn’t play any defense on Friday and that’s why they lost.  Rasual Butler got a rare start and poured in 33 points.  Chris Paul was outstanding with 25 points, 11 rebounds and 18 assists.  Jannero Pargo added 18 points off the bench.  Marc Jackson (15 points) and Desmond Mason (11 points) each pitched in on the offense.  Tyson Chandler only scored 2 points, but he grabbed 17 rebounds.

The Hornets are 8-8 on the season.
